Terms of enrolment
Last revised 18 August 2026. These terms govern use of terminal-syncpoint.digital and enrolment in programmes offered by Terminal Syncpoint.
1. Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting an invoice for a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are buying a seat for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse an enrolment where we cannot teach the work honestly — for example where you cannot export any events and will not wait until you can.
2. Who we are
Terminal Syncpoint is the studio named on this site, corresponding from 80 High Street; Ashburnham Place; TN33 7YB; United Kingdom. Email: info@terminal-syncpoint.digital. Telephone: 079 5558 9821. This site describes programmes; it does not complete a sale. A contract for a paid seat is formed when we accept a written booking and you pay the invoice we send.
3. Programmes and informational prices
Descriptions of Signal Architecture and other rooms, including fees, are informational. Dates, tutors, and content may shift for a given cohort. We will not run a checkout, card form, or wallet button on this site. VAT is added where United Kingdom law requires it.
4. Your work and confidentiality
You remain the owner of your app’s tracking plans, exports, and product data. You grant us a limited licence to use that material solely to teach you and to mark critiques during the room. We will not republish your schema as a case study without a separate written consent. You must not upload special category data or payment card numbers to our forms or shared folders.
5. Intellectual property
Course texts, the Retention Atlas plates, templates, recordings, and this website are owned by Terminal Syncpoint or our licensors. A Chart Room seat licences you to use the materials for your own work and for colleagues inside the same legal entity. You may not resell the library, publish recordings, or run a competing room from our notes. Signal Desk access is personal to the named reader.
6. Attendance and recordings
Live rooms expect presence. One recording is issued per seminar week and is withdrawn as described on the programme page. Missing two live seminars on Signal Architecture means we may mark the seat as incomplete. We do not guarantee a particular grade, job outcome, or lift in a metric.
7. Acceptable use of the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit automated junk to the enquiry form. We may block access that threatens the service or other readers.
8. Liability
The site and the library are provided with reasonable care. We do not warrant that a dashboard built after a room will be error-free or that a vendor will keep a feature. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our aggregate liability for a paid seat is limited to the fees you paid for that seat.
9. Consumer and cancellation
If you enrol as a consumer in the United Kingdom, statutory rights remain. Withdrawal and refund mechanics are set out in our refund note. Business enrolments follow the invoice and the refund note as written.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from a seat, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for new rooms or legal changes. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after a revision is acceptance of the revised terms for site use; a paid seat already underway keeps the terms in force at invoice date unless we both agree otherwise.
